A: Due to the extensive time and care required for bathing, blow drying and brushing these breeds, we are no longer able to offer these services as walk-ins. This change is to ensure that we maintain our high standards of care and attention for every pet.

We understand that grooming is an essential part of your pet’s well-being. Therefore, we kindly request that appointments for these services for double-coated breeds be scheduled in advance as part of our grooming services. This will allow us to allocate the appropriate amount of time and resources to provide the best possible care for your furry friend.

Q: How old does my puppy have to be before they can come to daycare?

A: Our only requirements before your puppy can attend daycare is that they are fully vaccinated and are desexed if older than 12 months! If they fit both these criteria, then they are more than welcome to come in and see us. On their first day we will conduct a temperament test and monitor their behaviour and engagement with our facility and other dogs to ensure they are comfortable in our environment! You will receive a first day report detailing these interactions, as well as the names of the dogs they played with and an overall summary of their day!
