Bree Robbins is the passionate founder and owner of Paddington Pups, Queensland's premier doggy daycare, grooming, and boarding facility located in Milton, a suburb of Brisbane in Queensland. With over 15 years of dedicated experience, Bree combines world-class training in dog behaviour with award-winning business leadership to provide a safe, enriching, and compassionate environment for every dog. Her mission is to give owners peace of mind while ensuring their beloved pets receive the highest standard of professional care.

How Bree’s Journey with Dogs Began

Bree Robbins journey into the world of professional dog care was driven by a lifelong passion for animals and a deep-seated desire to create a business that truly makes a difference. After building a successful career in Human Resources, she realized her true calling was to combine her business acumen with her love for dogs. In 2009, Bree took a leap of faith and acquired Paddington Pups, a small but promising daycare. She saw an opportunity not just to run a business, but to build a community—a place where dogs are understood, respected, and treated as family.

Mentors, Milestones, and a Commitment to Excellence

From the beginning, Bree knew that providing exceptional care required more than just passion; it demanded expertise. She committed herself to continuous learning, seeking out the best mentors in the world.

A pivotal moment in her career was training with the legendary Cesar Millan at his Dog Psychology Center in California, where she gained invaluable insights into canine behaviour and rehabilitation. This was complemented by certifications from esteemed trainers like Turid Rugaas and coursework from the Ian Dunbar Academy. These experiences shaped Bree’s unique approach, which blends an understanding of dog psychology with a focus on positive reinforcement and structured enrichment. One of Paddington Pup’s greatest challenges, the 2011 Brisbane floods, became a defining breakthrough. Rebuilding from the ground up solidified our mission: to always put the safety and well-being of dogs first.
