Staff are professional, friendly, accommodating and really look after your puppy. After 1 visit they knew Penny by name. Penny is a nervous puppy but she gets really excited whenever I drop her off and is happy when I pick her up. Couldn’t ask for more!

So far very happy with the service provided by Paddington Pups! I’ve taken my beagle Ellie there a few times, and although she can by a little shy around other dogs, she absolutely loves the staff! The staff are also always happy to receive phone calls from me throughout the day to give an update on how she is doing which is lovely. Definitely recommend
